Fantasy Axe Throwing is a one-of-a-kind entertainment venue in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, where axe throwing meets immersive fantasy storytelling. Founded by Ryan and Kelsi, the venue offers four uniquely themed rooms—Viking Tavern, Castle Throne Room, Enchanted Forest, and Warlock Lair—creating a fully interactive experience for guests of all skill levels.

The Challenge

With a growing number of visitors and event bookings, Fantasy Axe Throwing faced a surge in customer inquiries about:

Managing these inquiries manually was time-consuming and took attention away from delivering an immersive guest experience. They needed an AI-powered solution that could provide quick, accurate, and on-brand responses while reducing the workload on their team.

The Solution

The onboarding process has been manual as we collaborate to test and refine the chatbot’s responses before full deployment.

Current Status & Future Plans

As of early 2025, the chatbot is still in the testing phase, where we are fine-tuning responses to ensure accuracy, reliability, and alignment with the Fantasy Axe Throwing experience.

Once testing is complete, the chatbot will officially launch on the Fantasy Axe Throwing website to provide real-time, automated support for customers.
